She was one of the first 100 coaches in the world to be certified in Organizational and Relationship Systems work. This designation allowed her to tap into a global community where she collaborates with extraordinary coaches to deliver first-class programs based on science, research, and experience that produce results.

Lacee leverages her investment in countless hours of training and development to help leaders shift their mindset and activate their highest possibilities. Prior to her work as a coach, Lacee performed in several management and leadership roles where she learned the importance of empathy, aligning with core values, and the need for resilience. During the early years of her career, Lacee also developed an immense passion for personal and professional development. She’s had experience coaching leaders at all levels of an organization and in all different types of industries, including but not limited to education, banking, technology, energy, food, mining, hospitality, and pharmaceuticals. In the past several years, she has personally touched the lives of over 250 leaders from 20 major companies coaching over 1000 hours.
