Dawn Kohler

As a seasoned coach and award-winning entrepreneur, Dawn understands the need for continuous reinvention and how to help her clients thrive in changing markets. With over 20 years of coaching experience, Dawn’s direct and results-oriented approach has helped leaders at all levels of the organization dramatically enhance their effectiveness, influence and impact.

Her clients have included influential leaders in companies such as Sony Pictures, NBC Entertainment, SnapChat, HBO, Lionsgate, Fandango and WarnerMedia.

Dawn began her career as an entrepreneur who built ICON Computer Corporation, an award-winning service company. During her years as CEO, she was also awarded Finalist for Orange County Woman Entrepreneur of the Year.

Dawn is a published author and certified public speaker from the National Speakers Association. She graduated from the University of San Diego Business School and received her certification in coaching from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara. Dawn is an active board member for Step-Up, a non-profit mentoring organization supporting teens in low income areas.
