Jackie Hodgins is an executive coach, facilitator, and organizational development consultant with more than 25 years of experience helping leaders and individuals reach their full potential and gain clarity by navigating through transition and complexity. She brings high energy and utilizes a strengths-based approach to help others achieve personal and business results.

Jackie is a trusted coach and consultant supporting senior leaders in various industries with experience in Fortune 50 high-tech and manufacturing companies and many Fortune 500 companies. After decades of corporate experience “on the inside”, Jackie became a certified executive coach at the world-renowned Hudson Institute of Coaching and accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF, PCC).

Jackie has held leadership roles in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Operations, Learning & Development, and Facilitation. She has led learning and transformational sessions through her career. Jackie has professional certifications in multiple individual and team assessments.

Jackie has passion to support leaders, one-on-one, through times of transition, change and self-discovery. Her mission is to lead with integrity, inspire discovery, and guide transformation to help others uncover what changes they want to make. Jackie is fully present and authentic while communicating openly and directly to help clients overcome real and imagined obstacles to action and achievement.
