The Inside Coach Build-a-Plan makes it fast and easy to build an online training plan in concert with annual reviews, performance management plans, and training programs to develop a new manager or an existing leader. You pick the courses and we build the plan.

Here's How it Works

Complete the easy 3-step process:

Select the plan recipient(s)
Select up to 12 online courses
Select the plan curriculum

Once you have finished, simply hit the submit button and within 24 hours you will receive a Development Plan that reflects your selection, as well as a login User ID and password. Once you approve the plan, we arrange for payment and then activate the ID.
