The Inside Coach was developed by Dawn Kohler, the Former CEO of Icon Computer Corporation and a sought-after management and leadership coach in corporate America. After working with thousands of managers and executives, Dawn and a small group of coaches and trainers saw the growing need to have a cost effective, time-efficient solution to sustainable management training.

Dawn and her colleagues had a passion to find a way to train employees in the necessary soft skills to be successful. It was clear that coaching was the most substantial and effective training available in the market, yet individual one-on-one coaching for all employees was too costly. Seeing this, they took their insights, training material, tools, and over 25 years of field experience and created the content offered by The Inside Coach. This virtual coaching website now provides all companies the opportunity to offer employees support and training using practical, timely materials to help enhance individual and team performance.

Dawn and her partners have successfully coached managers and developed training programs for such companies as Time Warner, DreamWorks, First American Real Estate, Comcast, Option One Mortgage, Clear Channel Communications, and Maxtor Corporation
